The room is quite spacious, for a 3 stars hotel, this hotel overall was nice enough… the bfast only breads every morning??? the service was average…

So for someone that frequently travels to the US on business and pleasure, I have to say that this hotel is one of those that I love to regularly book! Shout out to Tracy who made this stay pleasant and her smile and demeanour for an exhausted traveler such as myself was very well welcomed. What I like about this hotel is the ability to cook, but also have a nice breakfast every morning. Julia P. and the rest of the staff have always made my stay and breakfast pleasant. Depending where you are, you can hear the highway but I think it is only because they lost some hedging / trees they had before which covered the noise quite well. It is certainly one of those hotels I would recommend to stay at, as the malls and shopping places are quite nearby/walking distance away (but also door dash able) This time around, I stayed alone but in the past with family. The rooms are double to European standards and are therefore quite spacious. Water pressure is ok for a European such as myself and I was pleasantly surprised that water here was drinkable as I kept being told in other places that you cannot drink hotel tap water.

Hotel is very close to the highway so if you’re a light sleeper you will hear everything. Rooms are clean and spacious. Water pressure in the shower is not great. Staff is friendly.

We stayed in a studio room as a family of 4 during our vacation and had a very good experience overall. The hotel is in a great, quiet location with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, and the neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. The room itself was nice, spacious, and very clean, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying. We also appreciated the on-site laundry facilities, which were convenient during our stay, and the poolside grilling option was a fun bonus for families. The only issue we faced was with housekeeping—service is scheduled every other day, but unfortunately, our room was skipped on the day it was due. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-maintained property, and I’d recommend it for families and travelers looking for a good stay in the Pleasant Hill area.

The place itself is a decent hotel. I would love to go back there, BUT I chose this place because they take pets. I travel with my dog. When I got there I noticed a big grassy area, kind of secluded which looked like a good spot to throw the ball to my dog. There was a lot of dog poop on the lawn, I'm guessing they didn't check it . We were able to deal with that and pick some up, but the Big Issue is there is a Huge Mud Puddle on the grass that you can't see until your dog is fully immersed in dark muddy water. It was so bad I had to take my dog to a groomer. Never used that area again..Im shocked its not fixed and way better maintained.

Great rooms and nice staff. Breakfast was good too. I've never stayed at residence inn that was like a apartment complex. All outside entrance and different villas.

Convenient location. The rooms appeared to be recently refreshed. The breakfast was not so tasty. The sausage seemed watery and was cold, like they just defrosted it and put it out to serve.

Was there for a week and never had a room fresh up. Other than that it was great experience
