Excellent hotel. Has everything you need except no beer for sale in lobby. Breakfast was adequate and Outback along with other restaurants are a couple of blocks away. Be sure to get a room on the front side of the hotel because it is very close to the highway with lots of noise. No problems with front facing rooms.

Probably the best service that I have had. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I got lots of rest, it was quite. The food was wonderful ??. I recommend this place to all. A super clean hotel.

Danyel Fetterly is the most unprofessional manager I have ever came across. Our room was not cleaned for a week and when approached with the situation she decided to have an attitude. We talked to her the day before and she said it would get done, only to come back to our room completely dirty and STILL no towels. Horrible service and I have no idea why that woman is a manager. She is unprofessional and does not know customer service.

Perfect location for our stay. The staff were so friendly and efficient. Particularly Khalid, Sean,Steph and Dorothy. The rooms were large and comfortable for our two week stay. They even made our new granddaughter very welcome on our walks. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Our room smelt like decaying fish. Not like ohhhhhh who's cooking fish but like where did they hide the fish last week. It was filthy as well. This was the most expensive room to boot. I asked for a refund and they got rude with me and refused to refund me!

Nothing to complain about. Our A/C worked amazingly. The kids crawled out of bed to cuddle with us and I stayed asleep the entire time. What more can I ask for? Breakfast highlights were smoked sausage, and shredded pork for taco bowl. They had the regular egg slop, hash browns, bagels, muffins, oatmeal and pancakes.

I did not actually stay here but friends of our did and they loved it. I asked them and they said it was 5 star across the board. They said it was quiet and a great value for the money.

The hotel cancelled my reservation after I paid for it through Hotels.com, I checked my credit card and sure enough 2 nights at $406 was charged. I called and tried to get another room there, but they were full and offered me a much smaller room for $50+/night more than I paid for my original much larger room. It was really bad timing and we had a hard time getting accommodations. Ended up at a hotel with a lot of loud music, partiers, dopers and meth-heads. After surviving the walk from the parking lot we were able to get a few hours sleep, fortunately we had a long day of driving the next day to keep us frazzled and stressed out. I'm a Hilton Honors member and will reserve it through their app next time.

I always enjoy the bigger rooms when I have to stay in a hotel for a number of days. My room here was nice, plenty of space and good kitchen area with full size refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. AC worked great and area was quiet so no issues sleeping. The staff I interacted with were all very nice. Breakfast was probably my favorite. Variety of hot and cold items, changed daily. There is a nice sidewalk that runs through the area that is relatively quiet for taking a walk outside. Would be 5 stars for me except for the parking. My rental car was a small SUV, and it barely fit into parking space. So bad that I literally had to climb in from passenger side one morning as I had to get to work and the car next to me was too close. And I am not exactly young or small. There is a charge for parking but not sure why. Just because they can I guess, but just giving guests a pass to place on dash would keep non-guests from taking advantage.

I was at Homewood Suites out alone out of state working. And I became terribly sick and they called me an ambulance upon my request and helped with my care every step of the way and asked how I was feeling when I returned from hospital. I am so grateful to All staff at Homewood Suites in Pleasant Hill they Treated Me as if We Were Family Very Kind ,Caring , supportive and Professional. If I could rate them Ten Stars I Definitely Would ?
