I travel on business 250 per year and I’ve found the Extended Stay Hotel in Pleasant Hill, California to be the best value in the business. The rooms are nice and the prices are reasonable. Above all, their Customer Service is exceptional. Rinshika, the Hotel General Manager, goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all her customers have a good stay and are treated right. I like all the Extended Care Hotels, but the one in Pleasant Hill is, by far, the best one I’ve stayed at.

Staying here was the most horrible decision I could’ve made. Room was very clean, and nice. Walls were so thin that all I could hear all night were the people on either side of me. Every toilet flush, every cough. They weren’t even being loud or just felt like I was in their room. Their continental breakfast was coffee, hot chocolate packets and oatmeal packets. No bowls.. I guess you’re supposed to make the oatmeal in the coffee cups? No biggie, I wasn’t here for breakfast, I just thought that was odd. The staff when I checked in was extremely rude. The woman this morning was nice though. I don’t know, overall I would never stay here again but I guess if you’re in a pinch with no other choice, it’s decent enough.

This place was amazing, the stuff Adam at the front dest was kind and friendly, I felt comfortable staying here with my wife. She just finished her radiation fir cancer. And she got to relax. The room also had a kitchen and our shower water stayed hot thro out our long showers. I recommend this place. Aaron

I lived at this hotel for a very long time and I very much appreciate all of the support and kindness of the staff- especially Raj, Mario and Elena. Z and Garrett at the front desk were lovely too. All of the people here always treated me with respect even though I’m different, and I will never forget it. It was the place I called home. Not just a hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am forever grateful to you all.

This place was the best ever. The staff were super nice & very patient. I know I walked back to the lobby 3Xs because I could not find my room. The rooms were very clean, large bathroom, a stove to cook (the staff member said he would even bring me some pots and pans to use) laundry service $5 to wash $5 to dry. They accommodated my cat for $20. This place has everything you can think of. Next to it is Rasputin's Music, a thrift store, Best Buy, and some wine store. The best part it was quiet at night.

From Check-in to Check-out, this was a satisfying stay. I arrived at 8:30 pm, and Rinshika at the front desk quickly resolved a problem that arose with the reservation I'd made the night before. It was a communication issue, not anyone's fault (not ESA staff, not mine), but Rinshika made it so that I could stay two nights at a discounted price. She was empathetic and fair. The room was perfect for me. I have a special diet, and the kitchen with the basic package of dishes, utensils, drinking, coffee mug, dishcloth, soap, etc. (no extra charge). The heating/cooling unit worked perfectly! The windows opened or closed and locked! The bed was comfortable, the mattress firm and supportive, not rigid. The morning staff was friendly and courteous, the parking convenient. Hooray! Rinshika welcomed me with warmth in her voice. She was courteous, at ease, and listened with interest. She was clear in her communication and quickly understood what I explained. The gentleman at the front desk both mornings was efficient when I checked out. The first time I passed through the front-desk area, he looked up from his work at the counter and said "Good morning" and after that smiled in recognition when I passed by again.

Super Nice Staff, I was greeted with smiles and polite conversation. I felt very welcome as soon as I arrived and being in a wheelchair I have challenges with getting a room access for wheelchair. The front desk clerk found me a room and he checked availability even though the Disability room was reserved he took the time to be sure that one could become available for me. I was fortunate to have come into your hotel and be given a chance to get that room that came available on Christmas Eve!

We are very disappointed in this hotel. There is no coffee pot. There is no hairdryer. It says fully loaded kitchen. All the pots and pans are missing silverware cups, coffee cups missing, there’s no bath soap or shampoo. It says breakfast is served every day breakfast consists of coffee, hot chocolate tea and a muffin. There is no ice machines and You have to take your own trash out, there is no maid servers for fresh towels or fresh bedding. I would’ve had a better stay at Motel 6

I Always Always Love To Go Here In This Hotel (Pleasant Hill) Extended Stay America. This Is My 2nd Home No Matter What. Love All Their Services & Awesome Employees. Always Getting Same Room lol. I Guess It Meant To Be ?????????. Safe For Everything, No Smelling Of Skunk Smell (Weeds) Nor Cigarettes. You Cam Always Smell Good Cooking Whoever Is Cooking.

Staff moved fast, stayed attentive, and handled every request without hesitation. Rooms were clean, maintained, and matched expectations. Common areas were organized and quiet. Overall stay met the mark and ran without issues.
