From Check-in to Check-out, this was a satisfying stay. I arrived at 8:30 pm, and Rinshika at the front desk quickly resolved a problem that arose with the reservation I'd made the night before. It was a communication issue, not anyone's fault (not ESA staff, not mine), but Rinshika made it so that I could stay two nights at a discounted price. She was empathetic and fair. The room was perfect for me. I have a special diet, and the kitchen with the basic package of dishes, utensils, drinking, coffee mug, dishcloth, soap, etc. (no extra charge). The heating/cooling unit worked perfectly! The windows opened or closed and locked! The bed was comfortable, the mattress firm and supportive, not rigid. The morning staff was friendly and courteous, the parking convenient. Hooray! Rinshika welcomed me with warmth in her voice. She was courteous, at ease, and listened with interest. She was clear in her communication and quickly understood what I explained. The gentleman at the front desk both mornings was efficient when I checked out. The first time I passed through the front-desk area, he looked up from his work at the counter and said "Good morning" and after that smiled in recognition when I passed by again.

Super Nice Staff, I was greeted with smiles and polite conversation. I felt very welcome as soon as I arrived and being in a wheelchair I have challenges with getting a room access for wheelchair. The front desk clerk found me a room and he checked availability even though the Disability room was reserved he took the time to be sure that one could become available for me. I was fortunate to have come into your hotel and be given a chance to get that room that came available on Christmas Eve!

We are very disappointed in this hotel. There is no coffee pot. There is no hairdryer. It says fully loaded kitchen. All the pots and pans are missing silverware cups, coffee cups missing, there’s no bath soap or shampoo. It says breakfast is served every day breakfast consists of coffee, hot chocolate tea and a muffin. There is no ice machines and You have to take your own trash out, there is no maid servers for fresh towels or fresh bedding. I would’ve had a better stay at Motel 6

I Always Always Love To Go Here In This Hotel (Pleasant Hill) Extended Stay America. This Is My 2nd Home No Matter What. Love All Their Services & Awesome Employees. Always Getting Same Room lol. I Guess It Meant To Be ?????????. Safe For Everything, No Smelling Of Skunk Smell (Weeds) Nor Cigarettes. You Cam Always Smell Good Cooking Whoever Is Cooking.

Staff moved fast, stayed attentive, and handled every request without hesitation. Rooms were clean, maintained, and matched expectations. Common areas were organized and quiet. Overall stay met the mark and ran without issues.

I have been staying at this location for over a year, they have a great management and staff always willing to help. Common areas, laundry and rooms are always nice and clean. Great place to stay and would stay again in the near future.

Garrett & Zee were all exceptionally friendly, kind, and hospitable throughout our entire stay. Rooms are great value for the price in the area. One of the stove tops didn't work but they fixed it quickly.

I had a great experience at Extended Stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to recognize Rinshika for her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and her kindness and professionalism really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about making guests feel comfortable, but Rinshika did just that. I appreciate all her help and will definitely be staying here again.

I travel a lot with work and our company rents on average over 60 rooms a month for our electricians/employees across 15 job sites. We are currently in the process of creating a corporate account to provide us with more options, but with how awful our stay has been here we’re definitely not going to move forward with our account. We had high hopes when we first got here because our previous stays in San Rafael but from the moment we got here there were problems. The stove top didn’t work, it took 2 different employees to fix it, the refrigerator was old, dirty, and the glass on the inside was broken/missing, the toilet was clogged before we even used it, the bathroom fan is broken so there is no ventilation and it gets wet on the walls and mirror, the elevator was broken for a week and our room was next to the stairs and we were woken up constantly, the vending machine charged me for 4 items when it got stuck and now I have to dispute them with my bank because the company doesn’t give refunds, the back door card reader has been broken and more. I have more complaints but what’s the point. When I spoke to the staff they were friendly but nothing to work with us to make our stay better. They kept saying sorry, and charged me more money to move in to a king room. I definitely feel taken advantage of and will NEVER stay at this hotel again once our booking is completed. I would think a company would like to keep their customers, but our $60k a year we spend on rooms doesn’t matter. I’ll be talking to corporate Monday and sharing how awful our stay was and share how the manager of this hotel is not doing a great job.

5 stars I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was quick and easy, and my room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!
